Who we are

BluePen AI is a brand of GPU Tech Private Limited (CIN U62020MH2025PTC449818), with its registered office at Plot No. 13, Sane Guruji No 2, Akoli Road, Sai Nagar, Amravati, Maharashtra 444605. Our products are manufactured in Delhi. "We", "us" and "our" mean GPU Tech Private Limited.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must buy for you and agree to these terms.

What you buy

• The price of ₹2,499 (GST included) covers Reed, your screen-free AI teacher, and the first month of the Lite plan (15 sessions of 20 minutes).
• After the free month, Reed needs an active monthly plan to work: Lite at ₹499 a month (15 sessions of 20 minutes) or Plus at ₹999 a month.
• Plans run month to month. You can cancel any time.
• You need an Android phone and internet. We set up the app with you on a WhatsApp video call.

Payments

All payments are prepaid online through Razorpay, in Indian rupees, with GST included. You receive a payment receipt for every order.

Delivery, returns and refunds

You can return Reed within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Details are in our Returns and refunds policy. Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy.

About the AI teacher

Reed is an AI teacher. It helps you practise and revise. It can make mistakes, and it does not replace your spoken English class or a human teacher.

Fair use

Reed is for your personal learning. Do not resell plans, share your account outside your household, or misuse the service.

Our content

The BluePen AI name, logo, teacher characters (Reed, Exa, Homie, Neo), app and content belong to GPU Tech Private Limited.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects your plan, we will tell you on WhatsApp or email before it takes effect.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts in Amravati, Maharashtra.
