In short: Delhi only. Delivered within 72 hours of payment. Delivery is free. Prepaid orders only.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Delhi only, to pincodes starting with 110. If your pincode is outside Delhi, we will contact you and refund your payment in full.

How long it takes

Your order is delivered within 72 hours of successful payment. Most orders arrive sooner. We will contact you on WhatsApp to share your delivery time.

Delivery charges

Delivery within Delhi is included in the price. There are no extra charges.

How we deliver

We use local delivery partners within Delhi. We share the delivery details with you on WhatsApp.

If you miss the delivery

If we cannot reach you, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.

If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to deliver your order, we will refund your full payment to your original payment method.

Payment

All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Cash on delivery is not available.

Setup

After delivery, we set up Reed with you on a WhatsApp video call.
